Triangulation of structural interfaces

Petr Bulant

Summary

A triangulation of structural interfaces is very helpful to display the interfaces in models where the interfaces are defined by implicit functions. An algorithm for such triangulation is presented. The resolution of the method is prescribed a priori by a given 3-D regular rectangular grid of points. Another option of the presented algorithm is to generate triangulated 2-D sections through the models.
